Comfortable stay with friendly staff
I really enjoyed my stay here! The room was spacious and clean, providing a comfortable atmosphere for my trip. The outdoor pool was a refreshing escape from the summer heat, and the staff were genuinely helpful, offering great local dining suggestions. One downside was that room service closed earlier than I would have liked.

The staff here genuinely brightened the experience with their friendly service, and the clean, spacious room offered a good view. However, navigating the parking garage was confusing, and the drapes didn’t fully block out the light. Overall, it was a pleasant stay despite the minor inconveniences.

missingWrote a review on Jul 09great viewexcellent connectivitylimited accessibility
Conveniently connected to the convention center via an enclosed skywalk, this hotel provides easy access for conference attendees. The view from the top-floor restaurant offers a spectacular overlook of the city, a surprising gem amidst the rest of the offerings.
Unfortunately, the experience comes with some drawbacks. Navigating the hotel requires descending a staircase from the skywalk to reach the elevators, which can be a challenge with luggage. The rooms, while spacious enough, showed wear, carpets needed attention, and the temperature control offered limited adjustments that felt outdated. The bathroom also felt cramped, making for an uncomfortable usage experience. Additionally, limited accessibility in common areas could be troublesome for those who need more assistance.

Proximity to Miami Valley Hospital made this location very convenient, and the onsite valet service exceeded expectations. Corey, the evening desk manager, provided exceptional assistance throughout the stay. While the property shows signs of age, the helpful staff and free parking made up for it. Cured meats at breakfast were a highlight. however, finding the parking garage ramp was quite challenging.

Decent stay, needs updates
The room had a weird musty smell, and the area felt kinda empty. Staff was super nice and tried to help out. I really wanted to sleep early since I had to wake up at 4am, but the noise from the outdoor concerts made it tough. The bar had good drinks though!

Things I wish I knew before I tried it
This hotel is connected to a convention center, which is super convenient, but be prepared for dated rooms and unexpected staircases. The attached parking garage is nice, though lugging bags can be a hassle. The rooftop dining has great views, but service can be hit or miss. Staff are friendly, but improvements are needed.
